- My husband Dane and I inherited a portion of his family farm and purchased the rest of it from his brothers and sisters a few years ago. Recently a FB friend of mine mentioned how he was encouraged by my posting about our life on the farm. He mentioned the term "Americana" in his encouragement to me to keep it up. That really resonated with a deeper part of my soul; hit me where I live so to speak. Having traveled the world extensively and lived in several other countries my love for my America has increased over the years. There's no place like home they say, and there's nothing like the peace I've found since moving out here to our little piece of it.

Rachel - I'm so glad you have Bailey's mom's address, I saw her last night adn hoped to connect with her mom, so this is GREAT! I'll be happy to send her a print or if she's computer savy, jsut the file, whatever she wants. that WAS a priceless moment!

The first time I was at a meet and greet I missed everything cuz i was monkeying with my camera. This time i left it in my bag most of the time. I will recheck for you.

OK anon - I jsut did a recheck. I have just a few other shots that include people I don't know, but the issue is they also contain unflatering shots of my friends so I don't wan to post. If you describe what you are wearing and they match I will do some major cropping to get you your pic = )
